Global Entrepreneurship Week
Held every November, Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) is Penn State’s celebration of the relationships between members of the University and the local entrepreneurial communities. It brings together students, faculty, staff, and community members to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and cultivate student start-ups.
Startup Week
A University-wide event, Startup Week takes place each spring and brings leading minds in entrepreneurship and innovation to Penn State campuses across the Commonwealth. The week features workshops, networking events, student pitch competitions, and presentations from startup founders and corporate innovators, including Penn State alumni.
Craft It, Pitch It, Win It Competition
The Altoona LaunchBox and the Penn State Altoona Sheetz Fellows Program are proud to offer Creators & Makers in the Southern Alleghenies region the opportunity to compete in our Marketing Pitch Competition to increase their marketing budget.
