EDTEC 467 Introduction

Hello Everyone my original About Me page was from last semester SP16. Since that original posting a lot has changed but most of it is still relevant so check it out if you want the extended version of How I got Here….. I’m no longer working in the advising center. I recently took over the duties of the Abington Instructional Designer. My new duties include getting all 400 standing and adjunct faculty acclimated to LionPATH (the new student information system) so they can advise assigned students, submit their grades, check rosters etc. as well as Starfish (another system to check student progress and actively collaborate with various stakeholders in student success).  Lastly the main focus for the near term will be to work with them on the impending demise of Angel (YEAH!!!!) and migration to Canvas. I Look forward to this summer for both this new job experience and the courses I’m taking to enhance my knowledge base. Thanks for being part of the next step on this new journey.
