Apple to Give Back By Letting Customer Give Back

Everybody knows a person with an iPhone and on top of that everybody probably know someone with an iPhone with a lovely cracked screen. iPhone’s are notorious for their cracked screens, which makes it hard to use the device. With the devices being so expensive, people will continue to use their broken phones until they can literally not be used any more.

This has always been a huge critique of the iPhone seeing as other phone companies are making more durable phones, whereas iPhone is sticking more with aesthetic than durability. Apple is finally doing something to help their customers by letting them trade in their broke iPhones. Apple currently only has an iPhone trade-in program for phones that are still in good shape, but they are going to start changing their policies to allow trade-ins for damaged iPhones “within reason.” This new policy will be allow users to upgrade their phone instead of paying for screen repairs.

This is a great move for the company because it shows the customers that they care and want to benefit their customers instead of just steal their money. I also think it will encourage people who previously wouldn’t have bought an iPhone to do so, because it acts as a bit of an insurance policy.
