Barbara Donnini appreciates the ethical challenges involved in problems that threaten people’s dignity and livelihood. In addressing the effects of climate change and advocating for fair labor practices, she exhibits sensitivity to the various moral dimensions of these issues. Barbara works to increase understanding of the complexities involved and has the imagination to take the interests of all stakeholders into account. Through her morally literate approach to working for change, she demonstrates strong ethical leadership.
