Submit an Incident Ticket
If you are experiencing a problem with Starfish that has not been resolved by the Starfish how to guides or FAQ, click the “Submit Ticket” button below to ask for help.* Describe the issue in detail, including the date and time you experienced this issue and a screenshot of the problem in Starfish or Starfish Role Management (SRM).
* The ticketing form requires you to log in with Penn State WebAccess/2FA. If you are unable to log in, you can also open a ticket by contacting the Penn State IT Service Desk.
