A lot has changed with Starfish over the past year. In this session, the Starfish functional team will share updates, tips, and tricks for using Starfish to collaborate with others and to manage responsibilities to students. The team will answer questions like:
- Who else uses Starfish and for what purposes?
- How do I use Starfish filters to focus in on specific groups of students?
- How can I connect students to campus resources via Starfish referrals?
- What are recommended practices for responding to EPR flags and kudos?
- What are success plans, and who is using them so far?
- How do I request new configurations or adjustments to current configurations?
- How do I request help?
- What do students think about Starfish?
- What is in the future plan for Starfish?
