What is LEAD? Leadership Enrichment through Assessment and Development (LEAD), in conjunction with the College of Liberal Arts’ Career Enrichment Network, is an interdisciplinary program that aims to assist Liberal Arts students to reach their post-graduate goals, whether they include getting a full-time position or being accepted into a graduate or professional program. This program recognizes the growing difficulty for college graduates in a competitive marketplace and helps participants to be better prepared through a greater understanding of competencies, skills, and interest areas.
Process: After completing a brief online assessment and a developmental interview with the LEAD staff, you will have a competitive edge for launching your career. After just a two-hour time investment, you will receive a comprehensive report on your strengths and developmental areas, along with useful information on how to foster those skills.
