Today was worthwhile considering all of the amazing experiences we were able to go through! First off, we had breakfast at the hotel and got to go over the schedule for the day. Also, due to it being the last day in Gothenburg, I decided to try more food at the breakfast and see what the different selections are like. We then navigated as a group on a train which took us to a ferry. During the ferry, we were able to see a lot of small islands, some that were isolated as well as some with houses. When we got to the big island we grouped up just to go over the timeline and some other important information to know due to being on our own for the next few hours.
Going through the island, we were able to see what the housing is like and what the differences are considering how it is on a island with only a few shops. During this time, I noticed that the main form of transportation was electric powered golf carts, as well as scooters and bikes. Going through the island we found our self on a nature trail that allowed us to get to some amazing views. We then found our self on the coast and decided to relax on a pier for some time to enjoy the views and landscape of the islands. After this, we went back to the starting point and had about an hour until the next ferry so some of us decided to walk around a little bit. This took us to a part of the island that was more natural and not as crowded, which was a very rejuvenating experience. We then headed back and caught the ferry and a bus back to the city. In the evening, we left Gothenburg for our next location, Jonkoping. Arriving and navigating to our hotel, I got to see some of the local restaurants and views which were amazing, especially being on a lake. After settling, in we all hung out and went to a local restaurant.
