- When possible, uses data to investigate whether policies are behaving as intended

AG BM 170N: Exploring the U.S. Food System from Farm to Table
- Into course on the U.S. food system.
- Serves as a Gen Ed requirement (GS and US, or Inter-domain)
- Fulfill 100-level AGBM requirement, and serves as a required foundation course for the Food Systems minor
- Investigates where our food is coming from and why, plus the causes and consequences.
- Strong focus on eight specific case-study crops.
