Who gave much thought to shopping for toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and meat?  Or whether our physicians and nurses had enough gloves and masks in stock?   Now in the midst of COVID, we’re painfully aware of supply chains – how they work, why some failed.  We will examine this important topic.
