What is Business Day?
Behrend Business Day is designed to help students gain an understanding of business basics by having them participate in a variety of activities. Mock business courses, for example, give teens an idea of what to expect when taking classes in a business major, such as accounting, finance, and management information systems. These experiences may help them determine whether they would like to pursue these fields after high school.
Participants also can network with Behrend faculty members and learn about the various academic programs offered by the college.
The event includes lunch and a tour.

- 9.20-9.30 am: Admissions Welcome
- 9.30-9.45 am: Opening Remarks
- 9.45-9.50 am: Overview of the schedule
- 10.00-10.30 am: Business Session 1
- 10.40-11.10 am: Business Session 2
- 11.20-12.40 pm: Lunch / Tour
- 12.45-1.15: Business Session
- 1.20-1.30 pm: Q&A / Closing Remarks
