Why choose a career in Management

Management includes all the activities needed to run a business, coach a sport team, lead a non-profit organization, and so on. Somebody or some people need to be in charge of getting things done in the organization (the best possible way) to make sure that workers – or students, athletes, and so on – stay organized, focused, and productive to work on tasks and achieve goals – whether the goal is making a profit (Adidas) or winning a sport competition (NFL team or High School Team). Some areas of management concentrate on leadership and human resource management.
