Each week, the student will submit a log of their activities for the week including primary job tasks and the amount of time/percentage of the hours worked spent on that task. In summarizing the duties for the week, students should consider “How would I identify these activities as potential bullets on a resume?” Use of adverbs or action words are preferred. The logs should be detailed enough so that someone unfamiliar with the tasks or duties would be able to understand the description. This form also logs the number of hours for the week as well as the cumulative hours for the internship. Days off or other special circumstances are logged on the Weekly Time and Activities Log. Students should use the Weekly Time and Activities Log form on CANVAS each week.
