Congratulations to Rico Acevedo, who defended his Ph.D. during the spring of 2016. Rico returned to State College with his family for Summer Commencement. The hooding ceremony is always a worthwhile event, because it symbolizes the effort that students (and their mentors) put into their graduate degrees. It was a pleasure to have Rico in our group and we wish him the best with his future career.
