Benefits to the Students

The twelve students selected for this project will gain hands on experience designing, building and installing a photovoltaic solar array. The project will allow students to work in a team setting while applying the concepts they have learned in their course curriculum to a real world application. Overall, each student will come back to Penn State with practical, real-world experience. They will be steps closer to achieving their goals and making a positive impact on the world.
