6-8 Breathing

  • Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight
  • Breathe in through your mouth or nose for a count of 6
  • Notice the pause between the inhale and exhale 
  • Exhale audibly through your mouth or nose for a count of 8
  • Repeat the cycle 3 times
