Studies suggest that writing in a gratitude journal three times per week might actually have a greater impact on our happiness than journaling every day. Our sunburst page is just one way to get you started with a gratitude journal.

Fill out this gratitude page as you see fit. That could be filling out one ray a day or filling out the page all at once. It is up to you. When you are writing about something you’re grateful for in each of the rays try to be as specific as possible in the space that you have. For instance, rather than simply writing that you are grateful for your friends try “I am grateful to my friends for bringing me dinner when I was up all night studying.”
