The order of tapping locations for one round are listed below.
- Karate chop: pinky side of your palm
- Eyebrows: inner-most part of both brows
- Eyes: beside the eyes
- Eyes: under the eyes
- Mouth: under the nose and above the top lip
- Chin: front of chin under the bottom lip
- Collarbone
- Under arm: a few inches below the arm pit
- Karate chop
Do this exercise three times.
Round 1: Talk about your stressor. What is going on?
Round 2: Express how that stressor makes you feel.
Round 3: What would you like to feel?
Remember to repeat “even though (insert stressor), I deeply and fully accept myself.”
