The order of tapping locations for one round are listed below.

  1. Karate chop: pinky side of your palm
  2. Eyebrows: inner-most part of both brows
  3. Eyes: beside the eyes
  4. Eyes: under the eyes
  5. Mouth: under the nose and above the top lip
  6. Chin: front of chin under the bottom lip
  7. Collarbone
  8. Under arm: a few inches below the arm pit
  9. Karate chop

Do this exercise three times.

Round 1: Talk about your stressor. What is going on?

Round 2: Express how that stressor makes you feel.

Round 3: What would you like to feel?

Remember to repeat “even though (insert stressor), I deeply and fully accept myself.”
