Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is the practice of bringing awareness and attention to physical movement and sensation in the body.  Whether you are walking, dancing, running, or practicing yoga you can tune into and observe your physical experience and sensations in your body as a form of mindfulness.  Paying attention to your body and mind as you move is a great way to expand your practice and bring it to other aspects of your life.  Mindful movement practices are a great way to reduce stress and relieve tension in the body.
