The UPAC office is located at 208 Hub-Robeson Center, University Park, PA 16802. On academic days during the fall and spring semesters, the office is open from 9 AM until 5 PM. During the summer, office hours are 10 AM to 3 PM. Any deviations from these hours will be posted on the UPAC office door and on this website’s front page under the “News and Announcements” section.
