2. Understand what differentiates each thermodynamic law.
3. Understand the states of matter
4. Understand specific gravity, specific heat, heat of fusion, and heat of vaporization
5. Understand different types of energies, energy transfer, and general energy analysis.
6. Have the ability to utilize property tables and utilize phase diagrams.
7. Understand the fundamentals of Heat Transfer.
8. Role of basic thermal properties in HT mechanisms.
9. The mechanism of conduction in HT problems.
10. The mechanism of convection in HT problems.
11. The mechanism of radiation in HT problems.
12. What differentiates each heat transfer mechanism from the others?
13. Understand fluid mechanics and fluid statics.
14. Understand Bernoulli, energy equations, and momentum analysis of flow systems.
