  • Check out the resources at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and print their free coloring book | The Kripalu Center is a leader in Yoga and mindfulness-based education. They offer online and in-person workshops and retreats on topics ranging from yoga to Ayurveda, and spirituality.
  • The Greater Good Magazine | The Greater Good magazine is published by the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California, Berkeley. It bridges the gap between scientific journals and our daily lives, turning scientific research into tips and tools.
  • Mindful Art Studio | Mindful Art Studio is run by Amy Maricle, a licensed Art Therapist. On the Mindful Art Studio website, you will find both free and paid classes and a blog about mindful art practices. She also runs weekly live classes on her Facebook page.

  • Insight Timer | World’s largest FREE library of more than 80K guided meditations
  • Headspace | In the Headspace app you will learn the essentials of meditation and with a subscription, you’ll have access to bite-sized minis for when you’re short on time, exercises to add extra mindfulness to your day, and hundreds of meditations on everything from stress to sleep.
