New York Trip
Dates: Tuesday and Wednesday, April 21-22, 2026
Reservation envelopes must be postmarked September 10 or later.
Options for shows and excursions are being developed. Tuesday’s dinner is scheduled at Bobby Van’s Steakhouse. After dinner, the group will go to the hotel to prepare for the Broadway show for the evening. One-bedroom suites (two queen beds) have been reserved at the boutique Kimberly Hotel in mid-town Manhattan. On Wednesday morning, an event will be scheduled prior to the optional matinee. The trip home will include light appetizers and drinks as well as preselected deli supper options from Sarge’s Deli. A movie on the bus tops off the adventure.
The trip organizers will be booking popular musicals as soon as they become available. Please know they are always mindful of budgets and hope the four-payment plan (Sept., Nov., Jan., March), will soften the blow. The first installment deposit is a total of $413.38 because the hotel requires a down payment. This payment is due with your registration.
To reserve your space for this exciting trip, please use the registration procedure and form below. Registrations will be accepted in postmarked order and should be postmarked no earlier than Wednesday, September 10.
Note: This year, the number of registrants will be limited to 35. Registration ends by October 1. This makes for a much more enjoyable and less chaotic trip for everyone.
For further information, contact any of the committee members: Cyndee Graves, Ann Gray, Cindy Hall, Diane Krentzman, Lisa Smith, Sally Tucker, and Nancy Weinreb (emails listed in the UWC Membership Directory).
