Community Vulnerability Assessment Against Power Outage

As sustainability and decarbonization efforts progress, especially through electrification, power outages have heightened impacts and increased community vulnerability. To address this, this project aims to a framework that integrates multi-source data, e.g., building features, demographics, human mobility, and power outage history, to assess community vulnerability.
