Harrell Health Sciences Library now offers a guide for consumers that contains information on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) and Health Insurance Marketplace resources at http://harrell.library.psu.edu/ACA.

Open enrollment for the Health Insurance Marketplace begins on October 1, 2013, and this guide provides a starting point for those who have questions about finding health coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Please note that this is not related to Penn State employee benefits.
