Jamie Campbell

Jamie Campbell is a member of the inaugural class of PwC CEO for Racial Equity Fellows. This Fellowship is dedicated to supporting members of underrepresented communities in the quest for equity across the pillars of education, public safety, economic empowerment, and healthcare. Jamie is the past recipient of the Dr. James Robinson Equal Opportunity Award. This award is given to recognize a Penn State faculty or staff member who has contributed to the University by improving cross-cultural understanding. He has served as a panelist on topics ranging from social justice to students’ issues and has served as a speaker for several leadership programs. Jamie also serves as an advisor to several student organizations within the Smeal College of Business.

Currently, Jamie is the Assistant Dean for Diversity Enhancement Programs at the Smeal College of Business. In addition to this Jamie currently teaches management, ethics, and diversity courses in Smeal and has taught Civil Rights courses within the department of African-American Studies for the College of The Liberal Arts. He is a 1995 graduate of Morehouse College where he obtained his BA in Sociology. He obtained his M.Ed. with concentrations in Adult Education and Instructional Education from Central Michigan University in 2003. Jamie currently is a Ph.D. student in the Workforce Education Program with concentrations in Organization Design and Human Resource Development at The Pennsylvania State University. His research focuses on Succession Planning as a form of Crisis Management
