Hi guys, my name is Rebecca Schneider and I’m from Livingston, NJ. I’m a freshman at Penn State with a major in Journalism. I’ve never been a science person ever since I was in middle school; English was always my strong suit. So like most communications majors, I freaked out when I found out at NSO that a science course was required. I decided that this one looked the most appealing. Although I will most definitely not be a science major in the future, I can already tell this course will be interesting and useful for the future!
This right here is an addicting shopping website.
Since I love to instagram food, here’s a picture (not mine though) of a donut ice cream sandwich from Holey Cream, where I went once, and which, in my opinion, is one of the yummiest (and artsiest) food places in New York City.
Hey Rebecca, my mom is from New Jersey, also, so I thought I would mention that! That’s really cool that you like english and that you are trying to be a communications major, good luck! Have you ever thought of making an Instagram account for food? Those are really popular and you might be good at it!
I’ve never been to New York City but have heard of Holey Cream before and it’s definitely on my bucket list. If I were to go there one day, I think I’d definitely have to try to build my own doughnut ice cream sandwich; look how many different toppings they have!
If they had these within a ten mile radius of campus, the freshman fifteen would definitely become the freshman twenty-five. That being said, I desperately want to eat that whole thing right now. Now excuse me while I go visit
The Creamery.
