The new upgrade to SelectSurvey has a few changes to the interface. In the previous tech tip we discussed the new Analyze screen. This week I want to discuss a change to how survey data is collected.

Now when a user does not complete a survey, the survey is marked as incomplete and is added to the total on the analyze screen.

To delete an incomplete survey response you will need to follow these steps:

1.) Click on Analyze on the Manage Surveys screen for the survey.

2.) Next, choose Individual responses.

3.) This will load the Individual Responses screen. Find any responses that are marked incomplete and click on the delete button on the individual response.
