“Brick and Click” is a one-day conference of practical relevance to directors, librarians and paraprofessionals supporting traditional and online resources/services for academic library users. We invite you to submit a presentation proposal.
Presenter Benefits:
+ Presenters receive an opportunity to publish a paper in the conference proceedings and a reduced registration fee ($100).
+ Presenters can choose between providing a 50 minute session, a 10-minute “Lightning Round” presentation, or can submit both.

Topics suggested include: Fostering high performance employees ; Transforming the academic library; Improving core library processes and procedures; Results of metadata initiatives; Tying library goals with university mission; Project management and effective change; Creating an emergency disaster plan; License negotiations; Using technology to enhance student learning ; Student user (aggregate) data and impact on access and public services; Innovative approaches for student employee training; Collaborating with student groups to increase relevancy; Effective data gathering methods for strategic planning ;Collaboration with colleagues, faculty or other institutions; Engaging students in information literacy sessions; Professional development transformations.
