This week has been notable because of how helpful and accomodating the Chinese graduate students in my research lab have been with me. Particularly my friend Lucy has been kind in helping me gather the necessary materials to start my experiment, and with contacting neighboring departments for helpful information that could help me get the equipment tasks sorted out, even though she has her own work to finish, as she will be graduating this semester. I would like to state my gratitude for everyone’s patience and accommodation this past week, and hope to be helpful towards them in the upcoming weeks as well!
