Starting this week, I started to have participants. I put almost 30 flyers all over the campus, and it was worthed. I had 2 participant so far, and 2 more sceduled. On Tuesday, I had my first session with participant, and it took more time than I expected. I was struggling with some of the procedures, and some of the key features were not working. However, I made it work and on the second session, the time was perfect. It seems like with the pace, I don’t think we’ll be able to gather as many participants as we originally planned, so I am thinking of to recruit participant by walking around, not just spreading the flyers.

On Thursday (16th), we heard that there is a show going on the Panchi (the best local cafe ever), soawkward we went to see the show. All the perforance was done by Spanish, so honestly, I could not understand any of them. However, nonetheless, the vibe of the show, the actors’ passion and hardworks, and audiences’ responses were impressive enough for me to enjoy the show. Some of the parts of the show were interactive scene where actors are inviting audiences on the stage. There was one time that I was pulled up to the stage, where I literally had no idea what is going on the stage or the story. Thankfully, there were people who tried to translate into English, and I guess I did not do something wrong. At the moment, I was embarrassed, but when I look back now, it was a valuable experience that I cannot pay to do it once again.
