To those that are reading, I realized that my last two blog posts didn’t post. I think I accidentally was saving them as a draft and not clicking publish. Trial and error.
As for my update, right now I am at a standstill. I haven’t had any new participants, but I am working with the university in Florida to be able to conduct my project there. I have to be registered and have a Florida account with the university, so there’s been a lot of delay. I am starting to synthesize my data alongside the rest of my lab group. Other than that, no new updates to share as I’ve been waiting for participants and to be approved for the study in Florida by the IRB. The studies I did do in the past went really well, though, and I think I have some good material to work with.
Hi Amanda, great to hear that your project is going smoothly and I hope the Floricda Univeristy will have you registered soon! In that way they will share your study and get you more participants! At the same time I feel sorry about your last two posts, but you can still publish them if they are in your drafts. Hope you read your posts later!
Hey Amanda! I am so sorry about all of the extra hoops you are having to jump through with the Florida IRB, but I am so glad all of the studies you have done up to this point have gone well. Best of luck with the FL IRB!
Hi Amanda! I’m glad to hear that the studies you’ve done have gone well, and I hope that things start to pick up for you soon! It’s cool that you can synthesize your data while you wait to hear back from the IRB and potential participants. Best of luck with everything!
